Responsibility:
1. Develop and improve processes and recipes in relevant process to meet structural and electrical requirement of new materials.
2. Participate in wafer/lot and experiment management, handle fab excursion and ensure smooth project execution.
3. Evaluate process data to support failure analysis to understand defect root cause and failure mode to improve yield and reliability.
4. Evaluate new material, new tool and new functions to lower overall process cost.
5. Review technical literature to gain in-depth understanding of project related topics and guide problem solving and development direction.
Qualifications:
1. MS or PhD in Material Physics, Electrical Engineering or other related technical field is required, or BS +3 years’ experience in engineering or related discipline.
2. Familiar with semiconductor material growth technology such as MBE and MOCVD is highly preferred.
3. Understanding semiconductor fabrication process, material, physics, device and concepts. 3+ years of Process Development desired.
4. Prior experience in advanced semiconductor fab R&D or production is highly preferred.
5. Solid trouble shooting, experimental design and process control skills using in line and offline data.
6. Strong communication, analysis, reporting/presentation skills.
Responsibility:
1. Prepares the Quality Plan according to project specifications.
2. Conducts stage wise inspections and measurements like material IQC, products visual inspection, products quality characterizations and final QC of finished goods.
3. In charge of products quality assurance report and Quality Control documentation.
4. Assists in Quality Audits, reports, follow-up and closure.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree and above major in in Material Physics, Electrical Engineering.
2. 2+ years’ Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in semiconductor companies.
3. Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Standards.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, Minitab, and/or other relevant applications.
